Over the past few years PC Southwest have dealt with spyware infection on many hundreds of desktop and laptop PC's. The first check we usually make is to scan with Malwarebytes, which gives a good indication of the state of the PC. Malwarebytes can be used as a free version for home use and a Professional version for business use. We recommend using the Professional version on all PC's as this has an always on protection mode.
