Web Hosting
This is the location where your web pages are held, including the domain and email. It’s probably charged for annually, and for many businesses, it’s an expense that gets completely ignored because it’s not understood. In addition, the hosting is held by yet another faceless company you have to deal with, meaning yet more invoices or Direct Debits. PC Southwest offers web hosting free of charge to business clients within some of our service agreements. This means that if and when changes need to be made to your site or you need additional email addresses it’s all under one roof; you can leave the complicated bits to us!
Businesses without agreements do not lose out though, as we offer really sharp rates on domain hosting, email management and web page hosting.

Business Phone Systems – You may have heard of IP Phone Systems. These can be low priced-high featured products, using your Business Broadband connection instead of the traditional line rental. Features such as full call recording, call diversion and call monitoring which can be included within the installation price, offer obvious benefits. These options would usually add thousands of pounds to a regular system, but with this new approach we are able to supply a fully functioning telephone system at a fraction of the price whilst at the same time, reducing the cost of calls. One other benefit you might want to bear in mind is that unlike older phone PBX’s, these systems are easily portable if you need to relocate or expand. Use of present cabling is a bonus when upgrading the system and being IT specialists, integration to your computer systems is no issue. As this is based around the internet, remote working is easily configured to allow homeworkers to dial through the business network to ensure all calls are logged. Broadband& BT lines – Business broadband is supplied as a low contention business quality service and is able to offer excellent upload (up to 800Kb) and download speeds (up to 8Mb or 24Mb dependent on exchange). This level of broadband would be expected to be installed where our IP Phone systems are installed. Support is available 24hrs, with a UK based support desk. An online portal allows PC Southwest to manage all services directly for the client and unlike a majority of service is on a one month contract. BT lines can be supplied with or without broadband and allow easy integration in to our billing platform, again on a 1 month contract. 

Online Backup - If like a number of our clients you have struggled to get to grips with backing up your data. We have created a product that takes the worry and stress out of this mundane but critical task, with our "Stor-it Livedrive" backup solution. It is the easiest way to protect your documents, photos, music and videos. It takes minutes to install, and works silently in the background to backup your files as you work - you can just set it up and forget about it. 

SMS via Outlook - How about sending texts or SMS via email within Outlook 2003 or 2007?  Texts are credited to your company account via an easy to use web based interface or managed by our in-house accounts team. Each individual user is allocated a mobile number which allows for the receipt of S.M.S. in to Outlook via email. This can be installed on each client PC and configured to access the shared account information.
