Exeter Lettings Agent -  Server supply and ongoing support

A prominent letting agent in Exeter has been a client of PC Southwest Ltd for close to eight years. Starting out with a few employees, they have had an amazing growth. The business has grown in the lettings industry and over the last few years have expanded into the specialist students lettings area.

PC Southwest have supported with a replacement server and workstation upgrades. The network was reconfigured to allow all the workstations to be protected within the server’s full security and spam protection. Outlook was upgraded on all workstations  allowing the staff to share contacts and calendars within the business, along with remote access for staff.

Over the following years, the company has grown further and PC Southwest have been there to support them in this growth and with a gradual increase in staff, these have been integrated within the network. A new larger backup solution was supplied to handle the growing database and general office data.
